Rich Suitter served from 1977 – 1984 departing as a MT2(SS). 

 

Rich attended Polaris Electronics School at Dam Neck, Virginia 1978-1979 before reporting aboard USS Sam Rayburn (SSBN 635) at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery Maine in 1979.

Following DASO and Strategic Loadout Rich earned his Submarine Dolphins in 1980. 

Rich’s work history post USN is as follows:

   Field Service Engineer/System Engineer – Naval Underwater Warfare Center Newport RI 1984 – 2007

   Field Engineering Manager – Cambridge Viscosity 2007 – 2014)

   Field Engineer – Nordson Dage 2015-2022

   Test Engineer – Hanscom AFB 2022- Present
